Finance Department
Purpose: to coordinate the finances of the Diocese, assist the Bishop in financial matters, make the budget, and monitor the financial administration of the Diocese.

Music & Culture Department
Purpose: to compose music and chants to be used in liturgy, and collect other locally composed music by talented youth in the Diocese, to produce a new hymnal and to nurture local musical talent.

Partnerships and Communications Department
Purpose: to develop and promote communication between the Diocese and all supporters, through the transmission and sharing of information both internally and externally.

Purpose: to create a Diocesan theological research center, where both local and international scholars can access and do intensive research, and to produce a new breed of theological scholars who will become a force to reckon with in the region.
