We invite you to join in praying for the following topics and events in the Diocese of Toliara in the next couple of months:

May 10: Consecration of new church building in Bezaha

May 11 for 1 week: USPG visit (The United Society Partners in the Gospel, commonly known as USPG, is the Anglican mission agency that partners with churches and communities worldwide in God’s mission to enliven faith, strengthen relationships, unlock potential and champion justice. https://uspg.org.uk/about/ )

May 12-17: Assistant Bishop Victor will be in Betioky for confirmations and a pastoral visit

June 1-23: Assistant Bishop Victor will be visiting the Fort Dauphin area.

Please pray for gentle (not damaging) rain to fall in the areas needing it, filling tanks, ponds, streams and rivers. May it be sufficient  to provide water for crops, water for drinking  by the people and the livestock and other animals, and even enough water for washing both people and clothes.

Pray for the planning of the Diocesan Men’s Conference to be held in from 9-12 July in Betioky South, especially for the men to be successful in raising funds to attend.
